Services and Consulting
Support Incident: 1 incident or issue (limit of 30 minutes consulting time).
Support Incidents include but are not limited to:
- Creating custom text for a Proposal Pack graphic page header. You must select the $30 Support Incident for the first graphic header, then the additional $5 service for each additional graphic beyond the first one.
- Phone support for assistance with your ProposalKit.com product
- Phone or e-mail support with your computer, word processor,
web browser or office software.
- Consulting (over 30 minutes) by phone and/or e-mail will be charged
an extra $30 per half hour.
If support incident is a software problem with our product, service fee will be waived (or credited back to your credit card). Software problems or assistance with your operating system, desktop, web browser or other 3rd party application software such as your word processor or office software can not be waived.
If we are creating new text for a Proposal Pack graphic header, graphic design services are not included. For example, we will create a new graphic header which matches the stock Proposal Pack graphic design with the new text of your choice. We will not be altering the actual graphic logo design.
We do not offer proposal writing services or legal advice. You are responsible for your own word processing, writing and editing. We will only provide assistance in installing, configuring and using our proposal and contract template and Wizard software products.
